K-Picker support
For a problem not covered below, email K-Picker support. Include the app version shown under Settings → About, your iOS version, device model, app language, and the steps that led to the problem.
FIRST RELEASE
Sponsor breaks are off for everyone.
No purchase is needed or offered in this version. The illustrated coffee card is an inactive status surface, so there is no price, buy action, purchase restoration, or ad reporting to troubleshoot at launch.
Lists, history, and local activity
K-Picker's entries, saved lists, pending games, history, and reward progress live on the device. They do not sync through a K-Picker account. Use Settings → Local Data → Delete Local Activity to reset removable local activity.
This reset removes School Album Invitations and unspent reward passes. It preserves an already claimed local lifetime ad-free reward and an earned Dinner Invitation. Deleting the app removes app-controlled local records from that device.
Reward Stamp Book
- Ad passes earned at 10 and 100 decisions remain banked while ads are off.
- Each complete 1,000 decisions earns another local School Album Invitation.
- The first Release has no photo picker or portrait generator. Invitations are local milestones, not a currently redeemable portrait service.
- The 100,000-decision Dinner Invitation has no active public claim flow yet. See the Dinner status page before relying on it.
Language, sound, haptics, and accessibility
Change the app language, appearance, motion, sound, and haptics in Settings. When reporting an untranslated label or accessibility issue, tell us which screen you were using and whether VoiceOver, Larger Text, Reduce Motion, or another accessibility setting was active.
What to send safely
A short description and a screenshot can help, but remove names, rosters, and personal information first. Never send a password, Apple Account credentials, payment details, government identifiers, or a Dinner eligibility reference by email. This inbox is for support questions and is not a Dinner claim channel.
