K-Picker privacy notice
This notice describes the first public Release configuration of K-Picker. It will be updated before any later version activates advertising, purchases, photo generation, or online reward claiming.
CURRENT RELEASE STATE
No ads, no purchase, no photo upload.
Sponsor breaks are switched off for everyone in this version. K-Picker does not make an advertising request, submit an ad report, or offer the coffee and ad-removal purchase. The Release app has no photo picker or portrait-generation request.
What stays on your device
Picker entries, saved lists, pending games, decision history, preferences, reward progress, banked ad passes, and local milestone records are stored by K-Picker on the device. K-Picker does not create an account or sync those records to a XYLOCOPA server.
- School Album Invitations stack locally after each complete 1,000 decisions.
- At 100,000 decisions, the app can preserve a local Dinner Invitation unlock date and random eligibility reference.
- The eligibility reference is not sent automatically, is not added to a web address, and is not proof that a dinner claim has been approved.
Photos and School Album portraits
The first public Release cannot select, upload, or generate from a photo. It stores no custom generated portrait and makes no request to OpenAI or to a K-Picker portrait service. A future portrait feature would require a separate app update, an in-context explanation, explicit selection, and an updated privacy notice before any selected image could leave the device.
Advertising, analytics, and external links
The first public Release has advertising and production-ad approval switched off. An advertising SDK may remain packaged in the app, but K-Picker must not initialize it, request an ad, present an ad, or send an app-owned ad report in this configuration. K-Picker also has no app-owned behavioral analytics service.
Privacy, support, acknowledgements, and Dinner status pages open only when you choose their links. Apple may separately process App Store, operating-system, purchase, or diagnostic information under your Apple settings and Apple's own policies.
Deleting local activity
Settings includes a Delete Local Activity control. It clears decision progress, history, unspent reward passes, School Album Invitations, and other resettable local activity. An already claimed local lifetime ad-free reward and an earned Dinner Invitation are preserved by that control. Deleting the app removes K-Picker's app-controlled local records from that device.
